Trade Secrets
Over the last decade, Phil has seen a marked increase in the number of lawsuits involving trade secrets. He has spent many weeks in the courtroom across multiple states trying trade secret cases to juries. This depth of experience has provided him with a deep knowledge of the advantages and pitfalls of trade secret litigation. He understands the various state Uniform Trade Secrets Acts, as well as the federal Defend Trade Secrets Act. He counsels clients routinely on trade secret issues.
